All service work is performed to BMW specifications and schedules.

If your vehicle is under BMW warranty, we use genuine filters and the same Castrol synthetic oil that BMW use and recommend.

Servicing your vehicle with us while under new car warranty in no way affects your warranty or BMW’s obligations under this warranty.

Outside of warranty, we are able to use OEM filters, (see HERE for more information on OEM parts), and use a synthetic oil that is the same quality as BMW use but quite a bit more affordable.
This will save you considerable expenditure without sacrificing quality.

We only deviate from standard service schedules when it is in your best interests.

Example 1: Platinum spark plugs
These cost over $30.00 each, have a life expectancy of 80,000 to 100,000 klms and are due to be renewed every inspection 2 service.
Sometimes your vehicle may travel very low distances and as time passes be due for an inspection 2 service even though you have only traveled 50,000 klms.
While the dealer will rigidly follow the service schedule and change the plugs, in this case we would not renew the spark plugs as there is still a great deal of their life left.

Example 2: Fuel filters
BMW in their wisdom have decided that fuel filters are a lifetime fitment and never need to be changed.
That may be ok in Europe but here in Australia our fuel is well known to be some of the poorest quality in the world.
Therefore once your vehicle has covered 100,000 klms we recommend renewing the fuel filter then and every 100,000 klms thereafter.
This is much cheaper than having to replace a fuel pump that has died while trying to force fuel through a blocked fuel filter.

Bottom line is your vehicle will get exactly the care it needs, when it needs it , no more and no less.
